Entries must include an original bookmark from Candy from the Sky provided with your order or received at your school, library, or special event. You must agree to the Rules, Terms, and Conditions in order to Enter. You hereby confirm consent to the use of the image(s) or information provided to Candy from the Sky, LLC, as follows:
RULES:
Entries must be completed and agreed to by a direct parent or guardian over 18 years old. One entry per child per month up to the age of 10 years old. Simply read the terms and conditions below, complete the raffle application, and upload the image of the completed bookmark and optional photo of your child (with the bookmark or Mac's book). Winners will be chosen at random and must be residents of the United States.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Consent. I hereby consent to the use of my child's image and information provided to Candy from the Sky, LLC and grant to Candy from the Sky, LLC a royalty-free, irrevocable, unconditional, and worldwide right and license to copyright, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, or otherwise use, in Candy from the Sky, LLC sole discretion, any photographs, video, digital or other images or sound recordings and statements were taken of or from me by Candy from the Sky, LLC and its agents (collectively “Materials”), in any medium now known or later developed for the purpose of promoting Candy from the Sky, LLC, its products, or any other lawful purpose. You also agree to subscribe and opt-in to receive updates including contests, events, sales, news, our blog, parent/guardian resources, and kid-friendly activities!
2. Voluntary. I acknowledge that I provide this information voluntarily without coercion.
3. No Payment. I understand and acknowledge that I will not receive any payment from Candy from the Sky, LLC for the use of the Materials provided.
4. Duration. This consent is given in perpetuity and Candy from the Sky, LLC does not require any prior approval by me to use the Materials.
Completing the below confirms agreement and acknowledgment of the above rules, terms, and conditions.
