WELCOME TO the Candy from the Sky family
Once upon a time...
In the 1970s, two loving parents created "Candy from the Sky," a sweet tradition to share with their three young daughters. The sisters were magically surprised when candy would fall from the sky after hearing their parents announce the upcoming sugar shower. Every day they wondered when the next candy celebration would commence. These moments created sweet memories that inspired the sisters as they grew up to encourage imagination and learning in children. Through their humble beginnings, the sisters also wanted to do something to give back. Their dream to combine their love of children with a mission-driven purpose would soon come true.
Present day...
In 2020, sisters Tracie Marie (Flores) and Nichol Moore (Flores), founded "Candy from the Sky, LLC", a family and women-owned small business boutique offering self-written and self-published children's books, plush toys, and specialty gifts. The boutique and online bookstore officially launched in the fall of 2022. They believe in ensuring the best quality products, a superior customer experience, and doing what is right. The sisters are committed to honoring their upbringing and pursuing their dreams. They ultimately want to promote a sense of wonder and learning in children while "creating sweet memories that give back." Candy from the Sky donates a portion of proceeds to charitable causes for every self-published book purchased with the hope of one day starting its own foundation. Join the sisters and be a part of their story and extended family.
